Data Protection Declaration (User Account)

! The content of the Data Protection Declaration must be checked thoroughly by the company Data Protection Representative!

For handling your application you will receive a personal user account from us.

You can use the user account e.g. to

  • add missing data or documents,
  • manage interview appointments (confirm or cancel).

For us the user account is important for handling your application in a legally secure manner, as we need to ensure

  • that your identity is clearly established,
  • we can answer potential questions regarding data storage.

The following data are recorded and stored:

  • Form of address
  • Title
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address
  • Username

Access to the user account is in the double opt-in procedure.

The following information is to be specified in the data protection declaration:

  • Type of stored data (which data are being processed)
  • Purpose of data storage
  • Category of data
  • Recipients or categories of recipients of the data
  • Information on the logic, significance and intended effects of the automated decision-making process
  • Length of storage and planned deletion
  • Origin of the data
  • Contract processing, hiring of service providers, data disclosure to third parties (e.g. subsidiaries)
  • Forwarding to third party countries where applicable
  • Data security, e.g. encryption, information on the measures taken for generation of an adequate data protection level
  • Use of e.g. cookies, web analysis tools, plugins, …
  • Rights to information, correction and deletion of the data
  • Right to revocation
  • Right of complaint to a supervisory body
  • Contact possibilities in the case of data protection issues.
